Pasta Max Cafe showcases an impressive array of Italian dishes and gourmet pizzas, with highlights that tantalize the palate and invite repeat visits. Seafood enthusiasts can’t miss the Steamed Mussels, fresh New England shellfish simmered in a fragrant garlic, herbs, cracked pepper, and chardonnay wine sauce that’s perfect for dipping with garlic bread.

The pasta offerings here are true showstoppers. The house-made Angel Hair with Chicken delivers delicate strands of pasta tossed with tender chicken, while the Chicken Raviolis and Agnolotti showcase comforting, rich fillings that boast authentic Italian flair. For something more decadent, the Veal Marsala is a winning choice—tender veal scaloppini sautéed with shallots and mushrooms, then bathed in a luscious sweet Marsala wine sauce, perfectly paired with roasted vegetable linguini.

My husband and I went for my birthday and the food NEVER fails. From the freshness of the salad, flavorful soup. I got the salmon with couscous and it was delicious. This is one my favorite restaurants in all of Henry County. I will say that they switched up on the dinner garlic rolls. I like the original flavor better.

First time here Great experience The bread that they send out for free yeah that needs to be done fresh daily for the type of food they offer. The dish with the scallops to me it needs to be more of a thick sauce base not a loose soup base dish It was a real good though. Will I come back? heck yeah!!!

Pasta Max in McDonough, Ga in my opinion is one of the best Italian restaurants in Henry County and the surrounding counties as well. Their food quality is very high and consistently good. I love their angel hair pasta and chicken, the portions are usually larger than average. The rolls are to die for and the caesar salad is great. The window tables are my wife’s favorite, if you want to sit there you better arrive early because they’re the first to go. We love Pasta Max, we’re sure you will too! Enjoy!

Super cute and quaint, Italian Pasta. The pasta is homemade and the service is great. It’s not a large place so if you’re in a hurry for lunch, come early. Parking is not easy to find but there seems to be a small lot to the left of the restaurant as you come full circle around the square. You can park in the square or just Uber. Located next to Queen Bee coffee house. We were greeted by yummy garlic and butter roles. I had chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the crème brûlée and my friend has the fresh mozzarella salad and calamari. Calamari was a little overcooked but edible and she had the spumoni for dessert. Overall, it’s a great lunch spot. You can get a yummy fresh and hot meal and dessert for about $30. Price point is good. Look forward to going back.

One of the better restaurants in McDonough & I’d actually say it’s the best restaurant on the square. Our food was crazy good and flavorful, especially the steamed mussels me and my boyfriend ordered which we dipped the bread in. Had a great server as well. 12/10 spot. If you’re in the area looking for dinner definitely check this place out.

Great place in town. We had no wait to get in but all other tables were full. Other came in behind us and they waited for about 10 minutes. The food was flavorful but not everyone's food was as great. The vodka sauce was awesome. It is a nice place to gon date night.
